The Routt County Fair is held on the same tract of land as in 1914. Today’s fair commemorates our past and celebrates our future. It shows us where we came from at a time when we’re not sure where we’re going. The fair is an event where Yampa Valley residents and visitors gather to swap laughter, tales, and tradition.

Tips for Exhibitors Making Online Entries:

PLEASE ENTER THE HORSE SHOW THROUGH THE ROUTT COUNTY FAIR WEBSITE - ACTIVITIES PAGE!

THE SYSTEM SAVES YOUR DATA AS YOU FILL IT IN. DO NOT CONTINUE TO PAYMENT/FINALIZE UNTIL YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR ENTRIES AND READY TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.

YOU CANNOT GO BACK IN ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED!!

All Routt County 4-H families MUST create an account in this OPEN SHOW system - it is NOT integrated with 4-H Online!

• Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
• Register ALL entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section. Please note there are NO FEES to enter the home arts competitions at fair, but you have to go through the Payment section.
• Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries and any related fees.
• You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved by your fair.
• If you forgot an entry, or you have an entry after you've submitted your initial entries, you MUST wait until you get the second email approving your first entries before you can do a second entry.
